Registration

Participants :

1. Delegates:   (Nominated by NSO)
   Each member NSO is entitled to send a maximum of six delegates.
   (Reference: Constitution and By-Laws of the WOSM/Asia-Pacific Region Article VII.1)
   All NSOs are encouraged to abide by the conference resolution by ensuring that at least one young adult member under 26 years of age is part of the delegates to the 28th AP Scout Conference (Conference resolution 2/07: Youth Program.)
   It is also expected that the NSOs will give equal opportunity to Male and Female WOSM members while designating the delegates to the conference.
   
   
2. Observers:  (Nominated by NSO)
   NSOs may send adequate number of Scout Leaders and youth members as Observers. 
   
   
3. Accompanying person
   Dependents are invited as accompanying persons to the Delegates or Observers for whom the Conference will design a special programme for the conference duration. Accompanying persons cannot register individually and must register together with the delegate or observer.
   
   
4. Guest (3 days package)
   This package is for short-term visits to conferences or special events.
   

Registration Fee :

1. Delegates and Observers: US$400.00
   Registration fee will cover inland transportation, conference kit, meals during the official period of the conference, educational tour and access to all conference sessions except those with limited membership. The registration fee for young people who under 26 years old before 12 Octobe 2025 is US$250. 
   
   
2. Accompanying Persons: US$350.00
   Registration fee will cover inland transportation, conference kit, meals during the official period of the conference, educational tour and special programme only for accompanying person.
   
   
3. Guests (3 days package): US$300
   Registration fee will cover inland transportation, conference kit, meals during the stay in the conference.

Special Rates for those attending two events:

1. Conference & Course for Leader Trainers: US$700.00
   (Only for CLT, the fee for CLT participants is US$ 350.00.)
   
   
2. Conference & Youth Forum: US$430.00
   (Only for the YF, the fee for Delegates & Observers is US$ 250.00.)

Registration Procedures :

1. Endorse and submit by NSO
   Each National Scout Organization (NSO) shall designate an authorized representative to compile the list of delegation members and observers. The authorized representative (typically the International Commissioner of the respective NSO) will proceed with the endorsement online. 
   Only committee members, subcommittee members, and conference staff can register without the NSO endorsements. 
   
   
2. Registration Individually
   The online registration link will only be sent to the name list endorsed by your NSO. All delegation members and observers must complete the registration form and submit the registration fee through online payment.

Registration Cancellation 

If for any reason you cannot attend the APSC 2025, you must contact 28apsc2025-reg@scout.org.tw through your NSO delegation by 31 July, 2025, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee.
