03 – 09 October 2025. Seven (7) days, excluding arrival and departure days.
Participants should arrive on 02 October 2025 and may leave on the afternoon of 9 October 2025 if not attending the 28th APR Scout Conference.

Course Fee :
USD350.00 per participant. This includes inland transportation, accommodation for seven (7) nights (check-in on 02 October, and check out on 09 October), food from dinner of 2 October 2025 to lunch of 9 October 2025, course kit and materials, educational tour, and souvenirs.
A special rate of USD700.00 is offered to CLT Participants who are also attending the 28th APR Scout Conference.
Eligibility of participants :
Each NSO sending participants to the CLT is requested to nominate a maximum of three (3) individuals.
Priority will be given to adults who have actively served as Assistant Leader Trainers (3-bead holders) for at least three years.
Nominees must have fulfilled the requirements of their respective NSO Training Scheme/System.
A recommendation letter from the National Training Commissioner, endorsed by the concerned NSO, is required.
Nominees should commit to contributing to adult training courses in their respective NSO for at least two years after attending the CLT.
